Festival Accessibility
The far right lane at every gate will be ADA accessible. We have areas at both stages for any and all ADA issues. They are accessible to those with disabilities as well as a ticketed companion. There will be seating and ADA accessible bathrooms for their exclusive use. We will be providing LED screens that will provide image enhancement for both stages.
Parking
- Remember this is a carless event so please remember to take MARTA!
(Last train leaves the station at 1AM) - Handicap Parking is available in surrounding pay and private lots.
MARTA also has handicap parking and shuttle services.
Our Neighbors
We love our neighbors and want them to say the same of us so PLEASE be respectful of them and their property at all times during the festival.
Remember the following:
- Each patron is allowed to bring in one factory-sealed bottle of water or one empty reusable water bottle or Camelback.
- Towels and blankets will be permitted.
- Non-professional recording equipment (like point and shoot cameras) is also permitted.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WILL NOT PERMITTED:
Rollerskates/blades, bikes, scooters, skateboards, or chairs of any kind are not allowed within the festival grounds due to the limited space of the site.
Outside Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the festival due to Fulton County and Atlanta City ordinances. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase on site.
Outside food items are not allowed.
And here’s the standard list of items that are absolutely not allowed:
- Weapons of any kind
- Fireworks or explosives of any kind
- Illegal or illicit substances of any kind
- Large backpacks (framed, hiking packs, etc.)
- Glass containers
- Metal aerosol cans, including sunscreen
- Carts, tents, and chairs of any kind
- Coolers
- Pets (except service dogs)
- No unauthorized/unlicensed vendors allowed
- No unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling, giveaways, etc.

ATLANTA: There are less than 3 weeks left to purchase one-day Music Midtown tickets at the special low rate! Announced today, one-day passes purchased day at the festival will increase to $65, so those who wish to save the additional $10 should head to www.musicmidtown.com ASAP.
“As I stated at the 2012 announcement, we knew we would wrap up our early bird ticket pricing at some point during the campaign and implement our next level of ticket pricing. We’ve held off as long as possible and decided to only raise the Friday and Saturday single day tickets to $ 65.00 on days of show festival weekend,” says festival Promoter, Peter Conlon of Live Nation. “However, the price of two-day passes will NOT increase this year. We are very pleased with how well ticket sales are going and want to keep the prices as low as possible for fans who want to come out and enjoy a full weekend of live music in Piedmont Park.”

Garbage, Neon Trees & Adam Ant Round Out 2012 Festival!
Music Midtown returns this September with a two day lineup that will excite all music lovers. Performers include headlining artists Foo Fighters and Pearl Jam, as well as other chart toppers such as The Avett Brothers, Florence + The Machine, T.I. and Ludacris. Rounding out the lineup are newly announced artists Garbage, Neon Trees and Adam Ant.
Garbage recently self-released Not Your Kind Of People, on their own record label STUNVOLUME. Neon Trees’ 2010 debut album, Habits, was a double-platinum single; with their first single “Animal” which climbed to #13 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #1 on the Alternative rock Chart. English musician, Adam Ant, started as part of the growing punk rock movement in the late 70’s and has reactivated his musical career with a US tour.
“It is now complete! We are really pleased at the 2012 schedule.” explains festival Promoter, Peter Conlon of Live Nation. “We are taking that next step after last year’s return. Not only did we add a day but we also have begun expanding music genres. No Service Fees at The Tabernacle

You spoke and we listened. We’re happy to bring back the option to buy tickets with NO SERVICE FEES again this year.
You may buy tickets WITHOUT SERVICE FEES EVERY FRIDAY starting May 4 and ending on September 14, 2012 at the Tabernacle. The Box Office will sell Music Midtown tickets each Friday from 11am-4pm.
